What's your target calories for the day?
I often see people posting 1200 as their goal and then being told they're eating too little. I thought it would be interesting to see what others are aiming for. Right now, I'm going for 2500 (well, 2400 really but I'm happy with 2500). Protein is 140g minimum.

Bring Sally Up MFP Push Up and Pull Up Challenges
Using the following video, post your push up and pull up times. Mine's -1 minute 30 seconds for push ups before I just couldn't get up -1 minute 10 seconds for pull ups before I could take the pain of the bar grinding into my fingers no longer. Got into this annoying swing as I was trying to remain relaxed.
