HIIT Training.
Coughing is much quicker.0 -
Well it depends -if you have excess fat then cardio will help to slim you down. However if you're looking to build muscle then lift heavy weights/low reps which will give you a more 'toned appearance.0

Lose fat, build muscle.
There's no fast way. You want to be on a big enough calorie deficit to drop ~2lbs a week or until you get to ~23% body fat and then strength train or do the strength training whilst you're dropping the weight.
You can't tone if you've got a significant layer of subcutaneous fat!0 -
please stop using the word "tone"0

That's why coughing gets you toned the quickest. :-D0 -
I don't know what you mean by coughing. Is it a term beyond clearing your throat?0

Never gonna happen on mfp. There's too much "sis-science" (the female version of broscience!) here. :grumble:0

You know, "the tone", when your wife talks in that certain way that lets you know you better watch what you say. It sometimes goes along with "the look" that lets you know you are on thin ice.
Only you know what is the fastest way to get "the tone" and "the look".0 -

When you cough, you tense your core. That's toned muscle right there. It might be hiding, though.0 -
