Bring Sally Up MFP Push Up and Pull Up Challenges

Using the following video, post your push up and pull up times.

Mine's
-1 minute 30 seconds for push ups before I just couldn't get up
-1 minute 10 seconds for pull ups before I could take the pain of the bar grinding into my fingers no longer. Got into this annoying swing as I was trying to remain relaxed.

    While I know what you're talking about, you didn't actually include the Moby video (or YouTube video showing what this challenge actually is) so most people that stumble on this post will have no idea what to do

    Up when up, down when down...

    I made it to ~1:20 on the pullups but I'm on a full stomach now. Will try again later.

    Apparently no one else is interested but I thought this was very cool.

    I did both, this time the right way. Got up to 1:35 on pull-ups but couldn't make the next "sally-up".

    I only made it to 0:20 on push-ups :embarassed: because I have an old shoulder injury and I could literally feel it starting up while I was holding. I tried it again by cheating: going down when "up", up when "down" and holding on the up. Made it to 2:15.

    Will do again / 10.
