June 27th Kettleworx CHALLENGE!
I am looking for motivated peeps to challenge me as I challenge you, in a 6 week KETTLE WORX challenge! Just do the Cardio, Core, and Resistance in order from week 1 to week 6. I am only on C1D1 of the 17 Day Diet. I read the book but I can't remember off hand, how many grams of protein are we suppose to shoot for each day? Or didn't the book specifically say? I am looking through the book but I am not finding my answer. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Oh man. Calling all helpers!
I was being so good, and faithful, and diligent. I am losing steam. I have so much to keep on, keeping on but I usually give up when I don't see progress. This time, though, I gave up my scale for Lent so I can't check my weight and I am not seeing the progress with my own two eyes. What do I do?

Vitamin D Deficiency
Does anyone have any thoughts on vitamin D deficiency? I already know that I am extremely deficient. I am just wondering if there is anyone out there that is familiar with the effects this might have on a person. Could this be hindering my weight loss effort? Should I be taking a supplement or is it not that big a deal?

Kettleworx anyone?
I just purchased the Kettleworx program and I am pretty eager to start them today. They claim super exciting results and I am wondering if anyone can testify? I at first was just going to do the Kettleworx 3X per week = 1 hour. Only because they recommended that but now I think I am going to supplement on the inbetween…
