I am looking for motivated peeps to challenge me as I challenge you, in a 6 week KETTLE WORX challenge! Just do the Cardio, Core, and Resistance in order from week 1 to week 6. That is 3 times per week. You can add more as you wish but must do the kw workouts at least. Please come join me!!! Message me if you want in! :)
