Kettleworx anyone?

I just purchased the Kettleworx program and I am pretty eager to start them today. They claim super exciting results and I am wondering if anyone can testify? I at first was just going to do the Kettleworx 3X per week = 1 hour. Only because they recommended that but now I think I am going to supplement on the inbetween days.
