drinking 4 cups of black tea
If i'm drinking 4 cups of black tea without sweetener, sugar or honey can it be counted as drinking 4 cups of water? i use like one tea bag for almost 3 cups

shrinking bust size....
so its day 19 of the shred for me and yesterday i began to notice that my bust size (like cupp area) feels smaller, did any of you expereince that, plus my bust measurements have gone down approx 2 inches

Should i move onto L3
Hi everyone :) So ive been doing the shred, and i did 8 days of level 1, finished 10 days of level 2 yesterday and don't know if i should move onto level 3. I do find level 2 easier now that i've been at it for more than a week but i'm not sure if i should move on. Any suggestions?
