hi everyone..
so about 2 months ago i did my first round of the 30 day shred, and got amazing results, i dont really want to do the shred again for a little while because my exercise routine will get really boring, does anyone have any suggestions on a workout i could take up next....
i lost 8 inches off my whole body with the shred and want to get another round of amazing results any suggestions and input are welcome

Try Jillians next dvd - Ripped in 30. It's based on similar style but is 4 different workouts so will give you good variety for another month or so0
