30 day shread

Hi everyone,

After one week of calorie counting im pumped and ready to start a full workout, consisting of jillian micheals 30 day shread, and a 30 minute brisk walk everyday for the next month.....

I need some advice, would it be a good idea to work out before breakfast or 2 hours after breakfast after my food has been digested?....and then have lunch after.... my meal plan on lower carbs, and more vegetables?

plus i want to loose fat particularity my muffin top, and thighs and upper arm fat.

any motivators :smile:
