Which scale reading should i use?
I weighed myself today at the gym both before and after the workout. I was 52kg before and 51.80kg afterwards. help?! afterward si had been to the loo and durnk some water so i dont know why i was lighter. which should i take?

What are you basing your weight goals on?
Is it a doctor recommended weight, a healthy weight for your BMI, a past weight etc...? I am unsure on how to set a target for myself that is reasonable so if anyone has any suggestions for me or just general help that'd be great.

breakfast calorie dilema!
Normally i eat porridge with a topping of something like raisins or dried cranberries, i know porridge is good for you but the totals are around 350 calories and i know big breakfasts are good because you can burn it off but i dont have time for a proper work out so i dont think i need this many calories which is a shame…

What do your lunches & calories by midday look like?
I don't know if i'm etaing too much or a reasonable amount or what. My calories for breakfast and lunch always seem do high and i'm at 700 calories or so after those 2 meals and i have snacks etc in between . Help! i need a ball park and lunch / breakfast ideas please <3
