I have a colleague at work that does them and she is pretty miserable, they are so restrictive. I honestly think if your definate on a liquid diet, you should go for smoothies. They might be high sugar, but they are packed with fruit, vitamins etc.. and they are variable, healthy and tasty. You don't get any nutrients form…

Have you checked your weight loss goal - are you aiming to gain or loose- how much you want to loose/gain by. Also, how much exercise have you imputted? make sure all the weights and units are the same unit and that you have converted eerything properly. :)

I would definaty not describe you as fat in anyway, however like the nice lady above me ^ if you felt fat or feel that you have fat, some simple toning exercises with weights etc might be your best bet. You do have a nice figure though and should wear that bikni out, just pop to the shops in it

Hey i eat around that much , sometimes i go over/under and i normally eat my exercise calories back. My diary is different most days tbh but your welcome to have a look/ add me. I'd like to see some people eating similar amounts to me too :)

The cinamon you guys mention , would powder do? i really hate the taste but i'd be willing to give it a go however i don't have the fresh - if there is one - version? Thats true they dont, i tried having cornflakes today and had to get another bowl because it just didn't go to anything. Thankyou, that sounds manageable, so half a cup? if i do that and add maybe a tablespoon of porridge that will only be around 200 calories. Brilliant thankyou!

Course you can , if you enjoy it then cuitting it out entirely will not make your life enjoyable. There are obvious reasons to cut down both because alcohol carries calories and the health risks too it. But, there are ways you can do it. Switch say cans of lager or glasses of white wine for red wine or vodka and a mixer.…

This is a good idea! normally i never have any of the ingredients like the above suggestions of things with strawberries etc.. sound gorg but we never have those things. i might try that thankyou!
