    Ah! Didn't update this. Here are my stats for this past Weds:

    Current weight: 188
    Goal by Next Wednesday: 186

    I'm on target to exercise every day, though today will be a VERY low key day (hyper-extended my knee, yesterday). Will try to focus on upper body strength exercises. About to start a thread asking for suggestions - keep an eye out for that! :)
