How to log Pad-holding???
Hi All I'm a martial arts nutter, I train 5-6 times a week. Three of these are pad-work sessions. I log my pad-work as 'boxing punch bag' but then I hold pads for 25 minutes for my mate too and she hits really hard!! Should I log this too somehow? if so, under what? Any suggestions welcome please! :smile:

Confused about fat...
How much to eat? Which types to eat? How much saturated fat? Arghhhhh, all too confusing! Free weight training and calorie burn
"burned 117 calories doing 25 minutes of "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" How accurate is this guys? I'm only using light weights as I have a pacemaker fitted so was advised not to do any heavy stuff (it can disturb the wires). Cheers :wink:

So... doctor put me on no carbs after lunch, or as low as possible without starving myself. I followed it really well apart from one night out. I've increased my calories and exercise regime... Need extra calories but low fat and low carb!
I've ordered a protein shake this morning as I keep ending up with extra calories left at the end of the day and I can't find a low fat and low carb real food version of something to eat! It's an expensive way of making sure I eat enough. Any alternative ideas out there? T :happy:

Any ideas guys, i've been advised by my doctor to go low carb from 3pm onwards, struggling for snack and meal ideas!

No Success again...
No weight loss again, increased calories slightly, had one small treat that hardly made me go over yesterday, drank piles more water... out of ideas now! Lost 2 lbs in the whole of April, how disappointing! :'(

Not losing but sticking to calories and exercising :(

Hi Guys! I weighed in on Friday and then went away for 2 days doing karate... I trained for 6 hours and sweat buckets! I weighed myself yesterday and i've put on 3 lbs, how?? So fed up! Working so hard and nothing seems to be working :(
