"burned 117 calories doing 25 minutes of "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)"

How accurate is this guys? I'm only using light weights as I have a pacemaker fitted so was advised not to do any heavy stuff (it can disturb the wires).

Cheers

It depends on the device you are using - but the burn seems reasonable.

I'm just using 2.5kg free weights and also doing sit ups and leg raises, not allowed to venture to press ups just yet!

    Thanks

Sorry - I meant whether you are using a HRM or MFP for the burn estimate.

I can't use a hrm because of my pacemaker.

HRMs are not accurate for weight training anyway. The estimate looks reasonable though.
