Shaved 5 minutes from my 5k!
They didn't time us with chips, it was timed by when we crossed the finish line. Which means if you started in the front this ir probably accurate. Ran my 5k

Aside from the obvious, toning body and losing weight do you see any positive results from working out? I DO! My favorite is my pores, oh my goodness they are sooo clean! Saving money on facials, I will just sweat out the grime for 40 minutes! Sorry about the typo in the topic section... oops.
