Aside from the obvious, toning body and losing weight do you see any positive results from working out?
I DO! My favorite is my pores, oh my goodness they are sooo clean! Saving money on facials, I will just sweat out the grime for 40 minutes!
Sorry about the typo in the topic section... oops.

Cholesterol went from 264 with the ratios and mins and maxs of all the other numbers out of wack as well, down to 192 with the only number a bit high is my ldl at 123. Needs to be below 99. My diet wasn't bad before but it is cleaner now as well so that is a factor but it's all a collective focus for me, when I work out I eat healthy and vice versa, but I think the working out had a large part of my cholesterol lowering since I've dropped about 20 pounds since March.0

I cannot wear my old belts with my pants now...they are too big!!! Had to buy smaller belts. Same goes for a lot of my pants...only way they stay up now is if I have one of my new belts on. Double bonus! Also, I have more energy, when I start feeling sick, I get better almost instantly, and my attitude in general is much better.
I just try and not look in the mirror, because to my eyes, I still look distgusting, despite my wife and other people saying it looks like I have lost a lot of weight. Wish I could see it. Thank goodness for other signs of success!0 -

If you've lost so much weight and haven't noticed, you may want to buy new clothes - not just new belts - then you may see it
For me - It's my attitude, I'm happier and much more joyful when I workout in the AM - Oh, and energetic!!! YAY!0 -
exercise totally changes your body chemistry. it changes the chemistry of your blood, ups your mood, and helps many people get off their medications. it also decreases womens chances of osteoporosis if you are doing weight bearing exercises, which is just walking or using your body. if you put on a pound of muscle, you are increasing your resting calorie burn by 50 to 100 calories per hr, just by doing nothing! when you workout out, for hrs after it increases your metabolism. helps with sleep problems, etc. if i dont workout mostly daily, i am so cranky, i get depressed easily and am a much happier person in general. i also get a lot of socializing when at the gym so that helps being a stay at home mom. overall, i couldnt make it without it!0

Sleep! I totally forgot about that! I am sleeping so much better than I have in forever. The changes in my body kind of are throwing me for a loop. Sometimes after a hard work out I feel like crying a little. This is weird for me because I am not a cryer at all. Thats only happened a couple times though, so I fought through it and bucked up.0
