if i eat 1200 calories everyday, how many days until i start seeing results?

17 dAY diet
so I've gained all the weight back. It was really hard to lose the tiny bit I did so now I am looking for a proven method for weight loss What are peoples thoughts on the 17 day diet? what has your experience been like?

I just had a massive,massive,massive binge. Like thousands of calories I feel like trash can people share there binging experiences ( I am just going to assume everybody has one to feel less guilty)? I feel really bad and need to know there are people out there who have gone through the same thing and still lost weight!

I've been pretty bad recently, netting around 2500 calories when I should be at 1200, and the calories are coming from fat and sugar. I feel really guilty, but can't help me self! This has been going on for 3 maybe 5 days, and I feel like I am gaining weight. IS that possible?

wondering what to do if not hungry, but have not eaten much during the day. For example, had porridge for breakfast, and didn't get hungry for the rest of the day, should I still eat?

1 month and absolutely no change in terms of weightloss and I have been really good wacthing every thing I eat as well as excercising. 1200 calories a day why ?

Hi- I am new just started last week. I've been pretty good, but today went over my calorie goal by 121 calories/ did not have enough time for exercise :( Will this make a difference on how long it'll take me to lose weight ? I am thinking of making up for it tomorrow by eating less, but because I only have approx 5 kilos…
