Can we eat whatever foods we choose as long as it's within our calorie goal and protein/ carb/ fat goals?

I would atleast begin with this and then move onto more quality calories. e.g. fruits and veggies that give ample amount of vitamins and minerals (along side protein/cabs/fat goal)0

You could start with this and then add in healthier foods as you adjust. Does it mean to eat all your calories in 1 sitting at McDonalds for the day and that's it? No. Sacrifices on certain foods will have to be made if you want a balanced diet that fuels you all day long.0
