I mean bread, peanut butter for breakfast

Potatoe for lunch

Noodles for Dinner

Sort of thing

    Of course. The problem is that you're a lot more likely to go over your calorie goal the first second you stop counting them if you continually snack on processed carbs.

    of course. Especially when you're starting out it's important to eat foods you enjoy, just make sure you are eating correct portion sizes.
