if i eat 1200 calories everyday, how many days until i start seeing results?

    everyone is so different, it depends on how much you have to lose, etc... for me i didn't see results till about 4 months after.

    Most people will see results the first week. Usually a larger than normal drop, which includes water weight. For me, I lost 2 lbs. the first week (though at the time, I think I was eating 1460 a day).
