wondering what to do if not hungry, but have not eaten much during the day. For example, had porridge for breakfast, and didn't get hungry for the rest of the day, should I still eat?

    Yes, eating too little will ruin your metabolism and cause you to not lose weight.
  • I would try and go about my normal every day routine. Work out. That will almost always get your hungry.

    Eat .... eat small servings more often that way you don't feel like you are filling up but you gradually hit your calorie intakes goals.
