Not used it in so long and my mind has gone blank. My diary is set to 1,200 by default. Any exercise I do on top of this, I can eat the calories burned, right?

If you shouldn't go below your BMR
then why does myfitnesspal give you 1,200? On an exercise day my NET would be about 1,300, when my BMR is 1,450! Does it matter? I think I'm going to be following the TDEE-20% rule which would take me slightly under BMR NET on exercise days - does it matter? It would all balance out over the week? Many Thanks

from 1 meal? I do exercise and my trainers told me to cut carbs from one meal? I do my workout in the morning, have normal breakfast and dinner but a salad with protein for lunch?
