please help me work out the calories for work lunch!

S: Roasted Cherry Tomato Soup
with balsamic and olive oil, served with focaccia (V)

M: Butter Roasted Turkey
with sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blanket, honey roast parsnips,
Yorkshire pudding, buttered greens, roast potatoes and cranberry gravy

P: Yule Log
dark Belgian chocolate mousse rolled in rich cocoa sponge,
served with warm chocolate fudge sauce and whipped cream

I've added it up at around 1,650 cals? Total guess - do you think thats about right / should I go higher?

    Go to "Apps" at the top, and on the right hand side you will see "calculate nutrition facts." DONE! I love this tool! You can also go under "food" and create a recipe!

    Hi sorry - its a restaurant lunch so I don't have recipes etc? Is that what you were directing me to or have I misunderstood? Thanks

    o ok, Well, I would recommend looking up "general" items in the database and using them, orrrrr you could call ahead and ask them if they have a nutritional guide available online or that you could pickup.
