Before switching back from LoseIt to MFP, i stayed with MFP for the last two weeks. More foods and brands in directory but also more support! what is "ediet"?
Anyone heard of ediet and what their diets are like? They say no counting calories, a special diet plan and so on.....LIke to hear about it. They offer a 7 day free plan, about $ 17 a month which seems not too bad but what do you get and what are the results?

lost 3 lbs, gained 3 lbs...in one week, weird!
Really dont know how I did that. Kind of extreme in a few days, not just a a pound and a half, no 3 whole pounds! Sigh.....Got up this morning, feeling really hungry means I probably lost some weight (usual). So the scale pointed that I gained 3 lbs since last Thursday! GRRR

Anyone familiar with Genisoy protein powder?
Looking for protein powder to make my shakes. I have tried Kaizen in little packages but would like to buy a big container now. Thinking about Genisoy but is anyone familiar with taste/quality? Or anything else you recommend?
