what is "ediet"?

Anyone heard of ediet and what their diets are like? They say no counting calories, a special diet plan and so on.....LIke to hear about it. They offer a 7 day free plan, about $ 17 a month which seems not too bad but what do you get and what are the results?

    I like MFP's calorie counting b/c it makes you more aware of what you put into your body. (not just calorie wise)
