Forget the scale!

Before switching back from LoseIt to MFP, i stayed with MFP for the last two weeks. More foods and brands in directory but also more support! No JIllian Michaels Diet trial, that would really be a waste of money!
BTW, to stay motivated I stopped to weigh in. Every week I got a bit happy or a bit sad. When I think I should have lost more and I did not, I had a hard time to keep going what I did. So I did not weigh in but I can feel it when I wear my clothes if it is looser. Now I feel happy, keep my calories under 1200 and soon I can pick up my cycling training again. Oh and I got this cute little iPod Nano with a pedometer so walks with my dog will be looooonger and more fun!

    I am starting to let the scale get to me, I got on and I was the same for 2 weeks. But my clothes aren't so tight, and my friends see
    that I am losing.
    But in the long run I am making better choices eating healthier and exercising more.
