What is the best brand and type of yogurt besides plain?
I've had a nurse tell me once that she preferred Tillamook. It has quite a bit more calories than Lite and Fit. With Lite and Fit I don't feel like I'm getting the right nutrients. Anyone have any suggestions on what they prefer and or suggest.? Thanks!

Tracking lettuce....??
I eat a wrap every day with a TON of lettuce. I don't measure it out or anything but just grab a lot of it. I buy the actual head of lettuce, romaine. I also try to eat salads every dinner. Couch to 5k
Today was day 2 for me on the Couch to 5k Challenge. I am LOVING it! Has anyone else tried it and if so what are your thought and or results? Its what my best friend did and she was able to lose 45lbs. Just curious if other ppl have had those results.

I've been doing the couch to 5k but I'm doing it more days a week. Today was day 5 of week 1 and to be honest I was drained... When the website gives your more calories
So say I burned 200 cals during my work out but I want to be on a 1500 tops cal diet and the website says that I have earned an extra 200 cals so i have 1700 to use... Just curious how many days a week those of you doing the couch to 5k are doing it. Also if on a treadmill how far is it? I noticed my first day was 2 miles but now I'm on day 4 of week one and I just went 2.25. Is that normal?
