So say I burned 200 cals during my work out but I want to be on a 1500 tops cal diet and the website says that I have earned an extra 200 cals so i have 1700 to use...
Is it ok to just ignore that or are you not giving your body enough nutrients?
I wanted to be 1200 cal per day but it says that it should be more and thats why I changed it to 1500. It actually said like almost 1600 cals per day. Can I ignore all that and do what I feel is best????
AND if you say yes do you think that 1200 is too few?
