If you had to choose just one form of exercise...
...to do for the month, what would it be? I think mine would be the Boxerfit class at my local gym. It kills me every time but the music (garage and funky house) always keeps me going. It's a shame it's only on once a week!

Why are my numbers so high? - MFP calories burned
I have been logging my activity over the past few days (walking, zumba etc). However, the numbers seems to be extremely high . I know that my burn won't be the same as someone else's as height and weight are factored in. However, 842 calories burned while doing Zumba doesn't seem realistic!
