I'm off on a fitness weekender tomorrow where I can choose to take one of 5-7 classes each hour for 13 hours over the weekend. I plan to go for mainly intermediate and advanced classes so I'm sure I will be burning a lot of calories!
MFP's calorie estimations are way off for me and I don't have a HRM just yet. Is there any way to get a more realistic estimate? Maybe other websites?
Classes that I plan to take include Kangoo, Kettlebells, Spin, Circuit Training, Step and boxing/kickboxing-based workouts.
