I love to either bash out, season, grill and then slice them or throw them in the slow cooker. Salsa is my go-to added ingredient in the slow cooker as I can use the chicken in wraps, on salads, with eggs, with pasta/rice/potatoes etc. Curry powder and low fat coconut milk, a can of cream of mushroom soup or a little BBQ…

Hopefully this works... To the left is summer 2011 and I was about 215lbs. I'm 5'10'' so thought I carried it well at the time but looking at it now... bleurgh. To the right is summer 2014, 185lbs. Excuse the rubbish photo quality!

My diary is open and I log every day. The recipes part of the app/site has become invaluable as I like to cook in bulk once in a while. Feel free to add me :)

A couple of the DVDs have sections that use dumbbells. Seems like a good starting point for me as I have minimal upper body strength atm! Figured I could start and then gradually increase the weight used.

Going to give this a try

I can't make this with any type of nut butter. May be a long shot but is there anything that could work as an alternative?
