MFP needs to finish the blackberry app
I can't be an active participant of MFP because it's so hard without the phone app :( I'm working out still and eating right but I can't logon the computer all the time with school, work, and working out.

really hard to keep track of calories when you're sick
:( I'm sick and hardly eating. Sore throat, nausea, stuffy nose, and coughing. So I last kept track of calories on tuesday.

I learned something new
I noticed if you set a 2 pound a week weight loss goal, but you only eat right, you only lose a pound. A pound is a pound and I'm happy with this. I guess it's good for future reference. sometimes it's hard to stay on track
single after 2 and a half years. And sometimes I get random moments of sadness. I wish I didn't but I do. Does anybody have any tips to work through this? I'm just wondering because I want to be successful at losing my weight.

We're all here for the same reason and I want everyone to succeed. Everyone remember this encouraging statement. If you can keep the weight off during the holidays, manage to indulge without exceeding the reccomended calorie intake, and still fit in exercise....then you can reach your goal and stay in shape for life.

should i track my progress by taking pictures in revealing clothes? maybe shorts and a sportsbra like they do in biggest loser. and maybe post them for input. opinions please.

20 pounds to go. I started consistently today with workout and healthy eating. I need to lose 20 pounds by my 21st birthday in March.
