sadly you cant decide where you will lose your weight from. I have dieted in the past and it seemed that I lost more gut; now that I am eating better and exercising it not going away as quickly. Although I can tell a big difference in the way my clothes are fitting me now.0

i wish i could tell which body parts to lose weight and which to not LOL but my boobs and butt are usually the first to go. try doing squats to firm ur butt that might help give shape instead of making it go flat and for the boobs.. ive read that pushup can help tone the chest and help firm them up so if you do lose some in that area at least they will be a bit frim. hope that helped good luck0
