should i track my progress by taking pictures in revealing clothes? maybe shorts and a sportsbra like they do in biggest loser. and maybe post them for input. opinions please.

    Yes and if u have biker short type of shorts would be better something form fitting and when u take pics and compare it's always good to have the same outfit on or something similar.

    i do pictures in shorts that are tight fitting but not so tight it makes fat hang over and either in a sports bra or a white tight fitting tank top... sometimes i do one picture with the tank top on and then the rest without it.
