really hard to keep track of calories when you're sick

:( I'm sick and hardly eating. Sore throat, nausea, stuffy nose, and coughing. So I last kept track of calories on tuesday.

    I dont think I'd worry about keeping track of calories. Make sure you are consuming enough liquids and hope you feel better soon.

    I`d just rest and take care of myself.Make sure you get plenty of liquids.Hot tea helped me when I was sick.

    Don't worry about your calories, worry about your fluid intake and getting better :)) lots of rest!
