I've got a horrible pain in the middle of my left butt cheek, and it radiates down the back of my thigh and around to the side of my left leg, up near the ankle. sedentary or lightly active?
I have a desk job (attorney) but according to my fit bit, between walking to courts, closings, to the copier, getting files, etc, and taking care of my kids/doing chores at home, I walk about 2 miles every day. The least active day is still over a mile. Is that lightly active or sedentary?

Dang it, I fell
Minor spill on the ice yesterday and I twisted my ankle and hurt my back. Nothing serious enough to require medical attention, but enough to make me sore. Machines or free weights or both? How many reps? How do I know when I'm lifting the right amount of weight? Heart rate
On the elliptical at the gym, there is a heart rate monitor that tells you if you are in the "fat burning zone" or the "cardio zone" I find the "fat burning zone" is like doing nothing, and I need my heart rate to be at least 125 to 130 before I feel like I'm working hard. Does the "fat burning zone" do anything for anyone?

yesterday I went over my calories. Not by a lot, not a big deal. However, I've noticed that when I got over my calories, I spend the next day running to the bathroom. it's 10:30 and I've already been there at least 4 times. WTH?

Interesting Observation about my Weight Loss
I started again on September 28. In October and November I was religiously staying below my 1300 calories and not eating the exercise calories back. In December and January I starting eating the exercise calories back, and I'm dropping weight faster. Hmmmmm.

Grrr. Life is conspiring against me.
Lunchtime Zumba is cancelled until Jan 2. I have a meeting, work, or a child related activity every evening this week. Work is nuts, everybody wants everything done yesterday. The Courts keep scheduling hearings. And every where I go there is fudge and cookies. I guess as long as I maintain, I'm doing OK.

fit bit vs. MFP discrepancy
I got a Fit Bit Force for Christmas. I wore it at Turbo Kick this morning. MFP puts me at something like 400 calories for the 30 minutes. My Fit Bit had me at 260. Damn.

I am so disappointed in myself.
I was ready to eat everything in sight today and then go back for seconds. I had about half of my first round and realized i was full. I even found that them Brussels sprouts tasted better than the stuffing. OK, the Brussels sprouts were sautéed in bacon grease, but still, they're Brussels sprouts for gods sake. WTF?
