And you need to watch out before they snap off your nose. They are known to do that while one is hanging out clothes in the garden.

I had a CT scan. It's a herniated disk.

Purging is never an option. Just eat a reasonable amount of what is served. If it's a buffet, have lots of veggies. It's two days out of your life. Get back in the wagon after the wedding.
-
Definitely a herniated disk. PT, chiropractor, and have a referral to a neurosurgeon.
-
I've been to a doc, they think herniated disc.

I have no idea. I do a lot of zumba and turbo kick. It started hurting when I got back from vacation where I did basically nothing other than wander around, and then sit for too long when we had a 6 hour delay at the airport.

I was about 135 to 140 when I graduated. Got down to about 130 Freshman year in college. Was on the swim team and started lifting, was about 150 when I graduated college. Highest weight was about 240. Currently about 200. Goal is 160. I'll see how I look then and see if I want to lose more.

It will make a difference if she is insulin resistant or has some other metabolic issue. I'm insulin resistant. I tried a high carb diet. It was a disaster for me.

First: Your dad is a douche. Second: When you get old like me, you realize everyone else is so absorbed with themselves they aren't noticing what you do. And if they do notice, they probably just look and go back to their own thoughts. There will always be some random jackhole who will comment, but if you don't have a…

I read your post and was expecting a picture of someone who looked emaciated. You look good. I don't know what they're talking about.

for clarification, I don't log "light cleaning" or a walk to the court house. I only log real exercise, like the kind where I get my heart rate elevated and I get all sweaty. I'm asking because MFP had me at 1200 calories at sedentary and losing 1.5 pounds a week, and I'm HANGRY if I don't earn some extra calories from…

No, I find humor in dumbassery.

I love it.

I would love to work out 2 hours a day, but with work, commute, kids, husband, volunteer work, it just doesn't happen. I take my 1 hour a day and live with it.

Oy.

A burpee is the new fangled name for a squat thrust. They suck.

don't wear running sneakers when doing zumba.

Nothing better than unpasteurized, unhomogenized raw milk right from the holding tank at the dairy farm. Yum.
-
That just sounds so sad. I'd have fruit for breakfast, a very light lunch, a good workout, and then enjoy my dinner

When I stopped making foods "forbidden" and gave myself permission to have one, it started being easy to resist, or at least not gorge. Have a cookie. Log it. Move on.

I had a deluxe cheeseburger with mayo, and French fries with gravy for lunch. It was yummy. I'll have a salad for dinner and I did an hour or Zumba this morning. I'm still under my calories for the day.

You are much more patient than me.

As an attorney, I want to congratulate the OP in using so many words to say nothing. That is a skill usually reserved for those of us with a JD. Nice work!!

Yes, as a business owner, I let random strange people mill about my property, not knowing if they will mess with my inventory, steal from me, or break some of my machinery. My $1,000,000 investment is irrelevant here. And BTW, I have large commercial dairy farms as client. The do allow tours. You just need to ask them.

Full fat.

Try some interval training on the elliptical.
