Dang it, I fell
Minor spill on the ice yesterday and I twisted my ankle and hurt my back. Nothing serious enough to require medical attention, but enough to make me sore.
I've been working out about an hour a day, and i planned on doing the elliptical and lifting today. I guess it's going to be a rest day instead. I hope I mend quickly so I can get back to my workouts.
