Interesting Observation about my Weight Loss

I started again on September 28. In October and November I was religiously staying below my 1300 calories and not eating the exercise calories back.
In December and January I starting eating the exercise calories back, and I'm dropping weight faster.
Hmmmmm.

That's because a large deficit isn't always better for you.. the math may tell you it is.. but your body doesn't like math.0
