Plateaus
Okay so I have hit a plateau that I have been at for about a month. I haven't been perfect this month but I have been pretty good. So I was just wondering: What is your best advice for getting past a plateau? I would really appreciate any advice I can get!

Communications or Dance Majors

Too Many Calories?
Hey does anyone else think that sometimes it gives you too many calories for exercise? When I have over 1000 calories left it seems a little extreme. Especially when I don't think I was eating that well-and I manually reduced the number of calories and it still seemed like too many. What do you do?

HELP!!!
Okay so I was doing really well on MFP for a while and this past week has just been awful! I'm not motivated, I haven't wanted to log anything because I haven't been eating well, and I have gained weight.
