SO I am super super nervous about what to do from now until New Years Eve! What are you guys doing? Just working out a lot? Avoiding all the good stuff all together? Cheat days? I'm just really nervous I am going to blow it!

I'm going to do my best to stay within my calories and exercise. Its only 1 week so i figure if i slip up a little bit I will be back on track after New Years is over.0

I'm just planning on tracking my food and walking every day. I'm going to be visiting my sister-in-law in Oregon over the holidays, so I think it'll be really beautiful there. I'm going to enjoy walking there!0
