Maintaining and gaining muscle; how much cardio?
I've reached my goal weight and now I just want to maintain that weight But now I wanna get muscle and get fit and toned. I wanna keep healthy and cardio, I would say, is important to have a healthy heart. So how much cardio should I do in a week? Thanks :ohwell:

i know you have all seen this post time and time again... And I'm sorry for asking again, but why not some fresh ideas? I will start working out first thing in the morning starting in about a week... Good foods with arthritis?
Are there any foods that have certain nutrients that reduce the pain with arthritis? I don't have arthritis, but rather something similar and I'm looking for any possible way to reduce the pain. So anyone out there that can help me?

Knee pain caused by...?
My knee hurts SO bad! It's always been bad, like it would basically give out on me, but it never really hurt but the past week+ it's been PAINFUL. I just recently got Beachbody by Insanity. And I don't understand what Michi's ladder is for. It says you can customize a meal with it. Do you just use it to replace other things in their already made meals?

I'm so sleepy!
I have been dreadfully sleepy for a few weeks now. And I was wondering if its because my calories are too low? I know too low calories will make you weak or tired but I feel like I'm falling asleep so I'm not sure... And if it is my calories, how can I up them in a HEALTHY way?
