    I like Baker Josef's All purpose Flour, LOVE Peanut flour, & Occasionally use Tapioca and Brown rice flour.
    I don't really bake too much, but I'll use Tapioca & All purpose for Pancakes and my mom has made Zucchini bread using a mixture of Brown rice & Tapioca.
    Peanut Flour is just so amazing because I put some it in my oatmeal or mix it with Almond milk which makes low cal, high protein pb (;

    I've heard that coconut flour is nice, but I haven't personally used it before. Rice flour is gluten free as well as almond flour, etc.
  • Hi,
    I use Sainsburys free from section and Doves Gluten free flour is good and you can get plain or self raising. They also do rice flour there too.

    Depends on what I'm using it for. I like the all-purpose flour from Trader Joe's, and if I don't really need it to do flour-type stuff like rise (if I'm making a crumble or using it for breading or something) I'll often mix it with some almond meal.

    Coconut flour and almond flour.
  • What's best for baking?
    I don't know anything about coconut flour...
    But things like almond flour just seem like they'd be grainy....
  • Anyone ever use Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
