Ezekiel bread- tips please
After hearing all the benefits, i thought it was a good idea to get some. So i bought some ezekiel bread over the weekend and put it in the freezer. Took it out to make a sandwich but the bread keeps on breaking apart as i try to pull them apart. Any suggestions what i am doing wrong? maybe i should put in the fridge first?

When you made the decision to stop focus in lbs and moved to losing fat
Curious to hear your stories on this. I'm currently on a Macro recommended for an intense workout. So far i am 190 and looking to lose 10 lbs. Just dont know if i should focus so much on the lbs and focus more on the fat. But unsure if there is a certain time to work on this.

Sodium levels and losing weight
As my macros are for losing weight, i feel like i am emphazing too much on sodium. I'm trying to keep my sodium levels around the daily intake but i seem to always be going over. Just wondering, should i care so much? Should i just only worry about Carb, Fiber, Protein, and Fat. Not so much other levels?

How to pick the right macros for this workout?
Started a program that is 4 days of weights and 6 days of cardio. The IIFYM website has me at protein 161, 76 fats and 204 carbs. Was wondering since i am doing alot more cardio than weights, should i up the protein to maintain the muscle?

Ab workouts- When is it worth working them out
Curious on this. People are always told the obvious. Abs are created in the kitchen. But if you still have layers of fat, is it worth working out at the moment? if not then when is it a good time? i would think it wouldnt matter as its still a form of exercise but maybe i am wrong. What do you say?

Reps and sets- General rule for the amount to do
Did a little search but couldnt find it. Whats the general rule of thumb for reps and sets. Say for instance, a person who wants to burn fat and gain lean muscle as opposed to someone who wants to get bigger. 3 sets of 12 reps or 5 sets of 5 reps but the heaviest you can do. Is there a rule of thumb for either?
