So i am hitting my Proteins and Fat macros and almost never hitting the carb macro. What i was wondering, is it bad to go over the Fat macro while still under calories?
My macros:
Fat -80
protein- 160
Carbs- 280
calories 2480

Protein and fat goals should be seen as minimums, not maximums. Carbs are variable in relation to your calorie goal.
As long as you get enough protein and fat without going over calories, you're good.1
