veggies rich in fiber

i believe there was a picture or chart that showed the fiber rich foods. can anyone provide this or maybe provide options for fiber rich foods?.. looking to increase my fiber intake

    As pp suggest lentils and other legumes are excellent sources of fiber as are nuts and seeds by weight. Focus on having greater than 50% of your grains be whole grains. Some of the best vegetable sources are squash, green peas, potatoes, broccoli and corn. If you’re not used to eating beans regularly start with small servings and build from there.

    I don't know about any chart, but I find I get more fiber from beans, lentils, and whole grains than I do veggies. But I'm not a volume eater, that might affect it.

    Chickpeas, black beans, peas, basically legumes like everyone suggests.
