Macros and exercise count

Curious on the calculators for the macros. I know they are just estimates so lets get that fact out of the way.
So here are my stats:
weight: 191
Height: 5'7
Sedentary
Workout 6 days a week (50 minutes on the Peloton Bike and 2 days of weights)
Now the IIFYM is telling me for something with that description:
2150 calories
162 protein
214 carbs
72 fats
I am trying to lose 10 lbs. I should be fine with that even though i might be burning alot more of the estimated deficit calories correct? maybe in simple math terms for example, if my maintenance is 2500, and in order to lose weight i have to eat 2150. But i am burning(again estimates) 700 calories on the bike and etc, am i eating enough?

Those numbers sound pretty good to me. I'm not far off from your stats and I eat less than that, but I prefer to be more aggressive with my deficit, so that's me). With your stats and an hour workout 6 days a week... 2100-2200 cals sounds about perfect.0
