What is your most healthiest and favorite bread?

Looking for some ideas for real healthy and good bread. I know they all differ and all depends on your macros but want to see what everyone has been using


ezekiel is good too but i want more options

    My favorite healthy bread is Silverhills Steady Eddie.

    I use Arnold breads (12 grain, honey oat, whole wheat) as they tend to be higher in fiber.

    My favorite is Nature's Own Whitewheat.

    No, I don't think it's particularly healthy. And no, I don't care. I like the way it tastes, it goes on sale a lot, and it fits into my calorie and macro goals.

    Something about a plain ham sandwich with mayo and white bread is nostalgic for me and makes me happy.

    I love the trader joes sprouted bread and also arnold breads. Right now I'm hooked on Arnolds oatmeal bread. I usually get the muliti grain ones. I like a solid bread for most sandwiches.

    The only time I like white bread is if it's homemade and not sweet. It's hard to find a commercial white bread that doesn't taste like cake since they add so much sugar. I like really fresh white bread with some creamy peanut butter and fruit. Yum.

    First...I love bread.

    I recently found Arnolds Multigrain Extra Protein. Really tasty and get in some extra protein.

    I'm loving the brand Great Grains. They make a multigrain and an old fashioned white I like equally well.

    Though some breads are denser than others, they'll all come out about the same for your macros. They are all carbs.

    Anywhere I can find a super-good sourdough loaf. I miss Madison Sourdough Co. in Madison, WI. Otherwise, a rosemary garlic loaf is always good too.

    I use Nature's Own 40-calorie honey wheat bread. Healthy? Who cares - it's 40 calories per slice. If I can have two slices of bread for under 20 grams of carbs, I'm game. And it tastes good, and taste is king.

    I eat Oroweat Healthfull Flax and Sunflower !00% whole grain bread 1 slice is 80 calories.

    I'm on a low residue/ low fiber diet so I can't eat most breads listed as "healthy". Sour dough bread is my go to bread.

    I don't like the Ezekeil sp? breads but I love the cinnamon raisin English muffins. So good!

    I eat a lot of Dave's Killer Bread because I can get it close to me, but if I had a bakery closer I would do that. Sprouted Bread I've heard is a bit better for you, but anything is good in moderation.

    I make my own, wholemeal flour, add water & yeast; & then add seeds, sunflower mostly, sprinkle more on top; delicious

    Lol, okay so I don't look at food as "healthy" or "bad", but I just eat Safeway wheat bread or King's Hawaiian (especially if I'm having spam and eggs) as my favorites.

    Probably this bread I make once a month. But I'd say all the breads I make at home are better healthwise than store bought.

    King's Hawaiian rolls are made by angels.

    Or maybe Hawaiian kings.

    Either way, they're delicious. I like to make sliders with them.

    For sandwiches I just use Kirkland multi-grain. For general "eating" bread a like a good sour dough.

    Also like the weightwatchers multigrain bread for sandwiches. Its 5o cal a slice, and because the slices are thinner it is "just enough" bread for me.

    I either use natures own 40 calorie breads or Sara Lee 45 calorie multigrain bread, my theory is I would rather eat two low calorie sandwiches for lunch than one much higher calorie sandwich it's just a nice trick on the eyes to help me be more full

    I make bread. A very simple, whole wheat with added bran. Yeast, salt, sugar, WW flour, bran, oil, and water.

    When I buy bread, I get whatever is made without milk, with whole wheat, and using real sugar instead of HFCS.
