High Protein foods
Besides the obvious of meat, what are your favorite ways to get in a good amount of protein, especially after a work out? I am trying to get in more protein and less carbs, and processed foods. Thanks!!

I'm new and it is taking a few times to post pictures correctly! Sorry! I am 5'9 This is before and during. I can't say after since I have about 35- 40lbs more left to hit my goal. 319. I have very few pictures of me at this weight, so this was hard to find actually! From this week. a little over 100lbs down!

Since having my daughter 15 months ago, I am 100lbs lighter. It is so weird to think I still feel like I have a million pounds to go! My dilemma is I am 5'9 and have large frame. Workout Tracking...
What would you consider kettlebell workout to be? I don't see it in the tracker and I do it 3x a week Same with the 30 day shred, I have been doing circuit training... but maybe something else is more similar? Just curious until I get a HRM which will give me more accurate calories burned! Thanks everyone :)

I am 26 with 3 kids and lost 98lbs so far on WW, I figured their new program isn't working as well (i.e. free fruits and veggies) so in hindsight they aren't free if they have calories. I keep hearing great things about this website so I want to give it a go and be more in control of other things besides points like carb…
