I'm new and it is taking a few times to post pictures correctly! Sorry!
I am 5'9
This is before and during. I can't say after since I have about 35- 40lbs more left to hit my goal.
319. I have very few pictures of me at this weight, so this was hard to find actually!
From this week.
a little over 100lbs down!
